“During my recent stay, I experienced an issue with my shower—the faucet was broken, and the water wouldn't turn off. I'm very grateful to your maintenance team, who worked tirelessly until midnight to resolve the problem. Their dedication was impressive and much appreciated. However, the situation was quite disruptive and left me feeling extremely tired. I hope that measures can be put in place to prevent other guests from encountering a similar issue in the future.”

“Amazing! The Big Diamond Ranch is breathtaking. The views of the snow cap mountains are beautiful. The kitchen was state of the art and a Blackstone grill on the covered porch. Are host Kathrin was just a call or text away and very responsive. Hands down a 10 out 10”

“The place is laid out in three floors. Spacious and clean. Close to town and the main road to the parks. Plenty of room for our family of 5. Doesn’t have AC and the top floor can be a little warm, but bedrooms are cool and fans are available. Great place for a large family or group traveling for the parks or for the winter activities ”
