Owners generally will not promise that there are many condiments or other supplies, but we found that it was well supplied with many items. Updated kitchen cabinets and appliances...updated bathrooms...everything was great. Close to beach access and pools. We could walk to nearest coffee shop, restaurants and grocery store.
