“I booked this home for a fun weekend with our family. The host was very unresponsive. I asked 3 times for over a week about heating the pool and a few other questions. The host never responded. The day before our arrival we still had no information regarding where the home was or how to access it. They finally sent the info late, the night before. Then at about 11am as we were packing our car to leave I received a text saying OUR TRIP HAD BEEN CANCELLED. Needless to say our group was extremely……

“A large part of why we chose this property was for the hot tub. When I asked the first day how to turn it on, I was informed that it did not heat up. I asked them to see how it would be possible to heat up and they said they would get back to me. However, they did not get back to me, even after leaving a follow-up message. The upstairs guest bathroom faucets also did not have hot water. The guest bedroom downstairs had a broken window that would not close, making the room cold for our friends……

“Upstairs neighbors were loud at all hours of the night, but the place was cute and comfortable. Only 2 chairs for the kitchen table was a little inconvenient. Having access to park in a garage was nice but no clicker made use a little annoying so we just parked outside.”
