“What I'd like to say is the place was an excellent stay. It's a pity i was only there for one night. The only complaint I had was finding the place. Google maps sends you to 105th Ave, and theres no 105th ave. Had me circling around for some 20 minutes or more. I had to eventually call the front desk to get precise directions. Address says 3895 107th ave. You guys are not on 107th ave. I drove up and down 107th ave looking for the address. You need to add, "behind Wendy's" or some other……

“This hotel was brand new so it was extremely clean and comfortable. I had no issues with that. However, the staff really needs to work on their customer service. They were a little rude and dismissive. We had to repeatedly asked them to bring us towels, and no one ever came up to our room and brought us anything. Parking is really bad, but overall the stay was very nice and I would stay again.”
