“Great house! Perfect location for us, (3 couples) lantern festival in Philly, then to Nemours Estate-which was amazing, and Longwood Gardens. House is clean, and cozy, kitchen is well stocked, and beds are comfortable! Lots of charm! Communication with the hosts was Outstanding, very friendly and wanted to make sure we had a great stay, which we did! Loved the basket of goodies and coffee too. Would definitely stay here again. The home is clean and well equipped. Each room has its own air conditioner and sound machine which serves multiple people who have different preferences. “We hosted our wedding at Rich's property. My husband's side of the party is all from Canada so it was great to be able to have them stay where we were having the ceremony. We were able to enjoy time with loved ones all weekend rather than just a few hours.The house is very large and has mostly everything you would need and is close to places like Wegmans and target for anything additional you might want.Rich was very responsive when we had a few requests and everyone loved staying here.”
