“Beautiful cottage. Clean and lots of natural light with a water front decor. The outdoor shower is incredible and the outdoor seating is large and soothing. Waterfront location key. The master bedroom, closet and bath were luxurious. Two other bedrooms a bit small for large boys but they fit. Great time. Close to Hamptons and boat rentals. ”

“This sweet cottage is in a charming community, walking distance to a beautiful LI Sound beach. You can walk for miles on this beach connecting with nature. The cottage is in an ideal location for your exploration of the North Fork, with easy access to the South Fork as well. Perfect place for a couple to call home for a month. My elder brother and I used the bedroom and pull-out trundle couch/bed in the living room - both were cozy and comfortable. We loved sitting on the porch listening to the……

“We were looking for a property close to my in-laws where we could bring our 2 pups and we found this wonderful home. The cottage is much bigger than expected and beautifully furnished and well-equipped. Full size washer and dryer with newer appliances and a fenced in yard for the dogs. AC also worked very nicely during a very warm week. Plenty of towels, sheets, and roll away bed made our stay perfect. Definitely would stay again!”

“Very clean, beautiful situation as described - walk through a private woodland for a minute to reach your private beach on the bay. The house house has everything you need for a perfect stay The large room in the main photo is unique and comfortable and there is a second living room with tv and comfortable couches. The beds are comfy and many provided towels including beach towels. Umbrella & chairs are at the beach for your use. ”

“we had a great stay at this property. the house was perfect. great value for the price. it is new and modern and extremely clean. the area itself was also nice. on a dead end street so nice and secluded. the host also included many amenities for guests to use which was a plus. would definitely stay here again. ”

“We had a wonderful stay at Ken's Beach Cottage. Ken arranged a private tour at a local vineyard which we thoroughly enjoyed and communication with Ken was always quick and responsive. The cottage is very cute and the neighbors are super friendly. We look forward to visiting again next year. ”
