“So spacious and comfortable. Text and email communications excellent. Really clear and helpful regarding the check-in app, luggage storage option, etc. Apartment even bigger than expected, shame we were only there one night! Location perfect for us, right by the theatre.”

“Bed was large and comfortable. The room was spec’d to a high standard which was nice. The kitchenette had all the necessary equipment with a large built in fridge and freezer compartment. Getting into the property was easy and fully self service. Onsite parking is free with quite a few spots at the back and front. There is a Chinese restaurant next door to the building that does takeaway which was a great option. Only issues for me; I didn’t like the sliding door for the bathroom, would much……

“The apt was beautiful and ver comfortable. Our only issue is that there is no close parking. When we unloaded luggage and loaded luggage it was ver difficult.”

“VR Apartments are very well located in Southside Glasgow. My wife and I were over for her to have a surgery and short recovery, 5 day stay. We found the flat to be quite small, we are both quite tall people so would likely not book again based on this alone. The flat would suit someone of a shorter height or individual booking better. The hosts are incredibly responsive via text message, they were accomodating of an early check in for us which was greatly appreciated. There was a security mishap……

“Person who rented out the apartment ignored my calls, texts & emails which meant we had no access to apartment even though it was paid for. My wife & me were left stranded in the freezing cold in Glasgow & had to book a hotel. Absolutely disgusting way to treat people, would avoid at all costs.”

“Location is walkable to Kelvin Town. Limited free parking is available on site. We stayed on the ground floor which is not too safe if the window is open. Passerbys kept looking into our apartment, and they can climb into our unit through the open window. Toilet and kitchen facilities are good. Bed is comfortable. Location is not bad. Front counter lady juggles a lot of work by herself. ”
