“Our trip was overshadowed by hurricane Erin but had no issues from the storm other than rain during our stay. ”

“Before our stay, I had concerns about a negative review that I saw on Google Maps so I reached out to the host. The owners (husband and wife) called me personally to discuss and explain this negative review. They addressed all concerns and texted additional photos and videos. Everything they said turned out to be true and the property was great. The house is centrally located between Old San Juan and Crash Boat Beach which I highly recommend visiting both (1 hour drive). “We loved the location - close to almost everything around San Juan. Communicating with the owner was easy and she was helpful, prompt and polite with her responses. We did have some issues with the electricity and water but she took care of them quickly.”

“Even though finding the place was a little tricky arriving late at night, Melba was always available and would respond immediately. There was no power for most of our stay due to the island poor electric infrastructure, but she was very quick trying to make our stay more enjoyable and even hooking up to a generator. The area is close to the beach and great restaurants. The swimming pool was big, clean and inviting. Our kids had a lot of fun there. We enjoyed our stay.”

We especially enjoyed the outdoor patio with the ocean view; it is shaded so very comfortable even on hot days.Lilly provided a lot of details before our arrival with detailed check-in instructions. “The room we had was absolutely horrible. There was an electrical plug dangling next to the shower head and There were missing outlet covers. The communication was awesome and once we told them, they understood why we were not staying there any longer. ”

“My stay was amazing. It was fit for all age groups. The toddlers, tweens, teens and adults. Beach access across the street. Really good restaurants walking distance and most importantly when there were minor inconveniences the owner responded immediately and got the issue resolved. I highly recommend. ”

“Large property right across the street from the beach. Lots of activities on the property including a large pool. Bathrooms and rooms are a little outdated but in good shape. No A/C but the breeze from the ocean keeps things cool during the evening. The house is from the 50s so its older, but considering all its been through, its in good shape. Lost power on our last night there but this is a common occurrence anywhere you go in PR.”

“We stayed at this location as a surprise vacation for my four brothers and some friends.The property does not disappoint and allows for plenty of space to gather or relax in solitude. After arriving the snacks and refreshments were a welcome site to enjoy before venturing out and easy access to the property manager was able to assist with directions along with access to the property. Only issue we encountered was attempting to turn on the fire pits but this was minor and in no way hindered the……
