Located on the edge of a working farm, this beautifully restored converted stable block is brand new for Summer 2023. A perfect choice for families and small groups.. 2 steps to entrance.

Please note: There is a step in the garden. This property has a natural water supply via spring. . Venture upstairs to be greeted by two generously proportioned family bedrooms, each appointed with a double bed and two full-size singles. These haven-like rooms provide comfort and style, enriched by walk-in wardrobes that cater to your storage needs. Both ensuite shower rooms boast a large walk-in shower, toilet and sink. The private courtyard is an enchanting space adorned with banquette seating, stools, and a rustic table that sets the scene for al fresco feasts and heartwarming gatherings. The pièce de résistance - your very own private hot tub. Immerse yourself in its warm embrace, letting your worries melt away under the open skies as you gaze upon the panoramic views that only rural living can offer.
Just ½ a mile from the acclaimed golf course at Burgham Park, the property is ideally located for exploring all of this friendly and unspoilt county. The lovely village of Felton has an award-winning pub and tearoom with a friendly village shop. The pretty historic town of Morpeth is only 9 miles with riverside boats, a great mix of shops, pubs, eateries, a swimming pool and parks. Being close to the A1 provides excellent access to Alnwick and all the major tourist spots. Alnwick is only 12 miles away and houses the large treehouse restaurant and the Castle. The Northumberland Country Zoo at Eshottheugh Farm is nearby, and a short drive takes you to Druridge Bay Nature Reserve with glorious sand dunes at the start of the Heritage Coast. ideally located to travel inland to Rothbury only 11 miles away, over to Hadrian’s Wall to Housesteads Roman Fort and museum, 39 miles away, and the vibrant city of Newcastle is only 24 miles. Beach 10½ miles. Shop and pub 2½ miles, restaurant ½ mile.

Lovely family weekend in Northumberland

We have just returned from a fantastic stay in this converted cottage. The accommodation was in perfect condition and finished to a high standard. Lots of amenities and even a few little welcome gifts. We will definitely book again.
