“Great place to stay! We were visiting a friend in the cute little town of benson and stayed one night.No front desk person but Easy instructions for check in and getting key. Only thing was the cleaning lady knocked on our door early in am to see if we had left yet. We were awake but if not I would have been super annoyed. I think they could use a better system than that for knowing when guests have checked out. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others. ”

“The house worked well for our 7 family members. Quiet neighborhood, not too much traffic going by. Grandkids enjoyed fishing and swimming.”

“Had a great and relaxing time at the timberarch. The neighborhood was quiet. We enjoyed getting away from the Hussle of daily life and had a wonderful time. ”
