“Loved this little gem!! Upon entering, we met a wonderful young woman who works at the property and was happy to hear we were from the same neck of the woods. We were treated with a bottle of wine, chocolate and coffee so what could go wrong?! Our room was on the ground floor and it was cozy, and super clean! Loved all the amenities that were included. It was a quick walk to King Street and they had everything you could imagine as far as coffee shops, lovely stores, restaurants, and bars. Would……

“This is a great location with close beach access. It is pretty spacious for a studio with a lot of small nooks. The bed was comfortable and the temperature was ok even though we had snow and cold weather. We had multiple visits outside our doors from a beautiful kitty. The red kitchen sink is one of the highlights.Communication with the host was initially good until we couldn't get hot water on the morning we were leaving and the host was unavailable. “Perfect place for our girls weekend. Location is great as well. We each had our own room and bathroom which was a plus. It was so nice to sit in the living room each morning while having our coffee telling stories about the night before. Salty Dogs is a great hole in the wall to start your nightly adventures. Be sure to bring towels and paper products as toilet paper and paper towels were limited. Enjoy!”

“The house was spotless & comfortable. I’ve visited Charleston many times, but this was my first stay in the Upper King St area. The neighborhood had a cute coffee shop, sandwich and bar that we visited. I highly recommend this property.”
