“Nice place ”

“My husband and I stay at POC every year, this was our first time staying in this unit and it was just like the listing showed and described. Perfect location for the beach and pool, lovely views from the roof and the screened porch. Bed was comfy, shower had good pressure. Could use a dusting, but was clean. May want to bring something to make the tv smart capable. Will be back in future, highly recommend! ”

“Location, Location, Location!!!! Steps from the beach and all places Center Street. Parked and didn’t move our vehicle until checkout. You can walk anywhere to need to go! Clean, quiet and soooo much larger than we thought. We will definitely be back!!! ”

“This house is a hidden gem. The house was well-stocked in the kitchen. Our kids had a blast enjoying cousin time right on the lake jumping off the dock swimming as well as the swing set allowed them to have a great trip together. Very family friendly house and surrounding area. ”

“Older property but everything was neat, clean and comfortable. Nice view of the beach and ocean even though not “ocean front”. Liked that the property was located near the front gate. Would definitely stay there again.”

“We LOVED the convenience of this ground floor unit - the beach access was so easy and access to the property felt like an extension of the unit. As a corner unit, it also offered a very large living space and a large dining table to accommodate us and a few friends. Well stocked with beach toys and chairs, and the deck furniture was great. The unit could have been cleaned better but in fairness to the owners, we did not call to have it redone and are certain that had we called, it would have……
