“The location is very close to beaches, restaurants and shops. Park your car and you won't need it for the remainder of your trip. All of the necessities are provided but you won't find extras like beach towels, chairs, etc but for the price and location it is a great value.”

“The Stacy Villa was absolutely lovely! Mike and Kathy were prompt and pleasant in their communications, providing check-in details well before my arrival. The renovated apartment was clean, bright, and airy, and provided a quiet retreat after long days on the beach or adventuring (Morris and Bull Island tours are on the "Do Not Miss" list!). During rainy spells, the enclosed porch was an absolute winner for enjoying nature while staying dry. There were also beach chairs, an umbrella, and "tools"……

“My daughter and I stayed at the property for three days in the middle of April, 2025. The pictures online were accurate as to how well appointed the property is. The unit was super clean and all appointments were brand new. It is probably the best managed VRBO I have ever stayed at. Morgan even prepared her own "professional" Travel Guide with very helpful information regarding Isle of Palms and its amenities. The unit was stocked with everything we needed for our stay, including beach chairs,……

Many, if not all, of the concerns expressed by previous reviewers have been addressed by the owners. There’s a new refrigerator, a big, comfortable sectional and the condo is in the perfect location. ”

“Had a great time- loved being able to walk everywhere. Condo was as described- needed to walk down a flight of stairs to access the beach but it was nice and close. Be aware that there are no beach towels- we probably should have checked this more closely but no available beach goodies (towels/chairs/toys)- everything needs to be purchased or rented (unless you plan better than us and bring them along). They had lots of "starter" items which was nice, little bit of oil, spices, salt/pepper,……
