It also just up the road from Happy Valley Brewing where our large party had drinks and dinner our 1st evening. Everything at the house was very comfortable and suited all our needs. “We had a great stay at Matthew’s house. The house was way bigger than expected, as it has 4 traditional bedrooms plus two additional “bedrooms” in the basement with futons. As a group of 7 we didn’t not utilize the downstairs at all, but it would be great for a larger group and some air mattresses. Matthew’s house was clean, had easy check in/checkout, and situated about 10 min to Beaver Stadium. Overall we had a great time and would definitely come back!”

“We stayed at this home for the Penn State White Out game. We wanted somewhere close enough to be able to walk to town and the stadium (just over 3 miles), but be in a quieter area. The house turned out to be an absolute gem - it was literally a home away from home. Shannon, the owner, was a delight to rent from - she is so kind and thoughtful and even bought a cake and treats for my birthday.
