“We spent the weekend and the house couldn’t have been better. The house was clean and perfectly setup for our group. The kids and adults loved the waffle station in the morning. We even got to enjoy the back porch area in the evenings after the kids went to bed. There was plenty of room for three kids and four adults. We would definitely come back when in the area. ”

“Not many options in Port Matilda, so we were lucky to find this place so close to the Marrasas Mountain Lodge. We were still able to get an Uber from state college. And swing into state college for breakfast and supplies. It was perfect for our family of 6. And we even hosted some friends after the wedding. The outside looked comfy but weather wasn’t cooperating (rain) to use it. Loved the blue white Penn state details. Host was super responsive with some last minute questions. ”

The location was quiet and close to Spring Creek but not too far from groceries stores and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again. The addition of a washer and dryer would be very beneficial for guests on extended stays. ”

“Super clean and convenient property a stone’s throw from PSU. Served as our home base during the college football playoff weekend. We truly enjoyed the basement / family room area for gathering to watch TV after the Penn State game. Communication with the homeowner was exceptionally timely and there were a host of thoughtful extra touches including chocolates on the beds, access to fresh produce from an indoor tower garden, and the use of a folding table for our tailgate. Would recommend……
