“The property was more private than we were anticipating. Very quiet neighborhood on a dead end gravel road. The house has it's own dock and boat launch, which was not expected. We brought our fishing boat, so it was perfect! There were a lot of backup supplies that came in handy, also. The house is a bit dated, but we did not mind; it did not affect our experience at all. A couple critiques: consider putting curtains on the windows (especially the bedrooms.) There is central AC, but the bedrooms……

“Great house for a nice getaway. Plenty to do onsite to keep you occupied. Fantastic outdoor patio area with woods behind the house. 2-person jacuzzi tub was fantastic too. Beds were comfortable, and house was nicely decorated and stocked with essentials. Plenty of seasoned firewood for inddor and outdoor use.Had a very minor hiccup with check-in, which was not the owners fault. Even so, he went over and above to make things right, and has been very accommodating and responsive throughout our……

“Great location overlooking the river. Super clean house with everything we needed for a great stay. Easy walking distance to everything downtown. Nice suggestions from the hosts of things to do and places to eat. We would come back the next time we are in the area.”
