“Beautiful home with very large decks to enjoy the spectacular waterfront views! Home was very clean and had new patio cushions for relaxing and taking in the water view. Really enjoyed our stay and appreciate how well appointed and welcoming the home was! ”

“Beautiful location. Perfect for family time and/or a family getaway. Views are stunning. My oldest woke up early one morning to catch the sunrise and her pictures are great!! 4.9 outta 5. LOL. Only because we couldn't get the pool to heat until Day 3.Owners were super responsive. House was in immaculate condition. Our kids are ready to come back and make this a tradition!”

“We really enjoyed our stay in this home as two families met up for a long weekend. We were able to explore the area and see lots of great sites and activities. Kids LOVED the pool and the space in general. Our only problem was that a few of the sliding doors wouldn't lock and this made us pretty nervous with the kids we had staying one or two floors away from us. Let the property management company know and they responded immediately, however they weren't fixed while we were there.”

“We had a good time, it was comfortable enough for three people. The beds were clean and good mattresses. My only criticism, is that once we reached the cabin, the hostess was not available. I had the courtesy of letting her know about a few things that needed care, but no answer from her.”

“Overall we had a great experience at Calm on the Water. The drive to the house was a little tough as not all the roads are finished and they are steep. Please keep that in mind. I would recommend a 4x4 in winter months. The water level was a little low still but luckily our dock was in the water unlike some other properties the house was clean and the amenities were great for our family. The pool, arcade games and hot tub kept everyone busy. The house was about 20-40 minutes from most……

“I would like to leave a review but it is not giving me the option. The house was beautiful, but the water was unusable you could almost throw up every time you turned it on. They did come out and but something in the filter system but it did not help. The 3rd floor had 2 dirty bandages under the bedspread and dead bugs on the floor and windows There was also dead bugs in the windows of the living room. The hottub was not clean but they did come and fix that problem. And my last big……

“We loved our time at this cabin! There a few days that we didn’t even leave because it was so relaxing. My kids fished in the lake and swam in the pool. We used the hot tub and just took advantage of every moment. We were there during March Madness so the two TV’s in the movie room were great because we were able to watch multiple games! I would just recommend planning your comings and goings because you are quite aways from the “city.” We clumped our excursions and trips to the grocery store……

“So cozy and quite definitely would come again. ”

“The cabin was clean and spacious. We had 6 adults in our party and never felt over crowded. The staff was friendly and quick to respond. The water level was low, therefore we could not enjoy the amenities of the dock or lake. But the hot tub was perfect for relaxing. The water pressure in the shower was amazing. We would stay again. ”

“We loved that each bedroom has its own bathroom and on opposite sides of house. The gameroom was a nice bonus area to relax after a day of exploring the smokies. Property management was quick to respond when we lost power. We will definitely be back. ”

“Beautiful views. Fun game room. House needs attention-dead flies on window sills. Large/small plates, went to use & water poured out of them. No sink stopper to hand wash dishes. Dishwasher smelled like something died in it. Reported issue, said action would be taken but 0 happened. Light bulbs missing or burned out. Door in main bedroom to bathroom is a shower curtain = 0 privacy. Great amount of plates and bowls. Needs pans and bowls for serving food. Even two of the hot pads were burned……
