“Perfectly located near downtown restaurants, we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. I would suggest the parking instructions be a bit more clear as we did not realize how far we would need to walk, so we parked in the 5 garage and it was much easier to get back and forth. You may want to let your guests know there are many of stairs and no elevator. Otherwise, now that we know how to access the building and parking, we know what to do. We will book again. ”

“There were a few things that were a problem. The refrigerator didn’t work, the futon couch was broken, and there was a ton of dust on the ceiling fans in the bedrooms. The biggest problem was the noise but that is because we are not used to city noises. If you like a dark room to sleep, this is not the place for you. “Our son and family live in Bolivar and hosted Christmas for the whole family this year. We used this apartment for overflow sleeping and showering. It was only a couple miles away from our son’s house - very convenient . The beds were comfortable and the hosts were very nice. We would stay here again.”

“My friend and I came for an event and just needed a place to stay the night so we could drive home in the morning instead of getting home way late. It was a very colorful and unique style of space.
