Billie-property manager- was extremely helpful and responsive to any inquiries and requests. We are very sensitive to light and the security system had a bright light in bedroom - Billie worked with ADT to try to resolve for us late in the evening which we really appreciated. We ended up putting a towel over it and that worked fine. Speaking of towels- it would be really nice to have……
