“I got an "instant" reservation on this property without hearing anything back from the host. The only "instant" thing about this booking was the timeframe in which they charged my credit card for the entire amount. I was never able to contact the host through either the Vrbo phone number or email. Customer service would not recognize any problem with this, just saying the host has until check-in time to provide access. When I was actually sitting outside the property on check-in day at 4pm,……

“Three families traveled to Memphis for a soccer tournament and we wanted to stay near the Mike Rose Soccer Complex. We chose Summer’s place because it had room for 7 kids and 4 adults and was 6 minutes away from the fields. The good: the home is in a super quiet neighborhood that felt safe. There were plenty of televisions, a great living room lounging space, several areas to sit and eat meals, and the room with four beds was a great spot for kids. There was a foosball table that was popular.……

“Was lucky enough to find this property on little notice. We were attending a family funeral near Lakeland, and this location was perfect. Enough room for everyone to spread out, and kitchen was perfect for cooking meals that we didn't have at the extended family's house. Nice, clean, and in a nice neighborhood. Close enough to the highway so that we could get to downtown Memphis and the airport in under an hour. Definitely recommend.”
