“The duplex was clean, well equipped and central to many things in downtown Richmond.”

“Facility was just right for 5 adults and two children. Older couple appreciated ground floor bedroom and bathroom. One suggestion: please let people know there is no ice machine is the refrigerator and there are no ice trays either, so you must bring bag ice. ”

The only thing not explained well is that the room with two twin beds is actually a twin bed with a pull out trundle bed, but the room is too small to pull the trundle all the way out. They did have wi-fi but it did not work upstairs in the bedroom with the king size bed. All in all we had a wonderful weekend. ”

“This home is in a great location in downtown Richmond. Close to great restaurants and surrounded by historic homes. The house was built in the 1900s so the charm was endless. We were comfortable and cozy. Some of the nooks and crannies needed cleaning (e.g., the upstairs kitchen ceiling fan and top of refrigerator, and the floor under the trundles). I also reached out to the owners several times (both through the app and email) during my stay with questions and they went unanswered -- luckily it……

“The house was great. Beds were comfortable and the place was well furnished. The location is great, adjacent to the Fan district and Carytown. Parking was never an issue with ample spaces on the street. There's a big open park a block away and the neighbor hood is great for a jog or a walk”
