“The location was perfect for where we needed to be. It is close to downtown. The information sent beforehand about the numerous restaurants was very helpful. The owner responds quick to any messages sent. The house is welcoming, clean, and comfortable. The rooms were really nice and the kitchen had everything you might need. “ Overall good stay, we cooked our Thanksgiving dinner at the location. We had sufficient items and utensils to work with. Small problems are front door exterior light on porch not working. Also shower water does not get hot enough. Water from facet will scald but the showers are not adjusted to provide adequate hotwater. The neighborhood is less than desirable but tolerable for those that live in an ethnicly diverse environment. I was ok with this because I live in an ethnicly diverse……

“Had a great stay at the property. Robert, the host/owner, is amazing to work with. Super responsive, very attentive, and incredibly kind. Upon arrival there were a few things on the exterior that caused a little concern (porch in somewhat rough shape, neighbors house very close and not in great shape, backyard in somewhat of disarray -- both BBQ grill and firepit were filled with water, back fence gate propped up by cinder block) but don't let it take away from what is inside. Very nice……

“This was a clean, well-equipped and comfortable apartment. The location is good but does require a car to explore the city and pick up groceries. Parking was easy and free. The balcony was a nice place to sit as the temperature got warmer. Air conditioning was very effective. Would stay again.”

It worked well for my wife and me and our teenage child who was traveling with us. The bathroom could use updating and there were some minor maintenance issues (no clothes rod in the master closet, closet door that wouldn't stay on the track in the second bedroom, etc.), but those did not detract from the overall……
