“The house was absolutely beautiful and on point. completely stocked with everything you need to enjoy your stay. the property manager was on point every time we tried to call her. she checked in with us every morning to make sure we were happy. The owners checked in with us multiple times also to make sure that we were happy. We will definitely come back to stay at this house again if they will have us. “We enjoyed our stay! We had 9 people in total. We had an infant and it was very nice to have a high chair and pack and play provided for us. Management was quick to respond and helpful with all of our questions. Location is close to the airport and nice.Overall the property is beautiful- we did have the dishwasher not work in one of the houses as well as the garbage disposal & the dryer was broken in the other house. We alerted the manager but they had a hard time getting maintenance to come out……

“We stayed here with extended family. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms - party of 10 was quite comfortable. Loved the private pool and the large family room and kitchen on each wing. The location is great, only 5 min from airport and right on the prettiest beach on the island. For some reason, the water seemed a brighter blue. “All the reviews you read a true. This was our 2nd time staying at Charlie’s place. Charlie is one of the nicest people you will ever meet. His villas are spotless and he has everything you need including car and boat rentals. This is the best location if you want secluded beaches. Just kayak over and explore Man-O-War Cay. The most beautiful colors of blue water and white sand in the world and you have it all to yourself! Driving can be a little intimidating with narrow roads. ”

“We had great stay at Osprey. The location of the house is excellent- only a few steps away from the Tropic of Cancer beach. It’s one of the best beaches at Exuma. There is a restaurant/bar at beach entrance. They sell very good burgers. House host, Richard and Shauna are in Canada. When there was a storm and power outage they called me and told us where to find battery powered fans and charger. So helpful. Luckily the power cut only lasted a few hours. There is no washer/ dryer in the house. But……

“When we walked through the door for the first time it literally took our breath away. We have been coming to Exuma for 12 years and thought we had seen it all. “House was great. Enough space for our family of 6 - 2 grandparents, 2 adults, 2 kids (13, 9). Communication was easy but do wish check in instructions were given earlier. Upon arrival I had no cell service so was not aware that the proprty manager was going to be leaving the door unlocked for us.
