“Wir haben das Riverhaus (Familien-Chalet) für 4 Personen gebucht. Das war sehr schön und grosszügig. Die Tiere (Nyala, Warzenschweine usw.) konnten wir von der Terrasse aus beobachten. Im holzbefeuerten Whirpool (wird von den Mitarbeitern aufgeheizt, kostet zusätzlich) haben wir die Umgebung genossen, war toll. Auch sonst war alles sehr schön und bestens. Die morgendliche Anfahrt ins "Big-5-Gebiet" dauert etwas und man muss sich warm anziehen, lohnt sich aber auf jeden Fall.”

“Exceptional service from all employees, especially Mr. Njabulo and Mr. Noel I highly recommend the hotel excellent activities, nor did we have time to enjoy them all, the only point that can improve is the possibility of a heated pool and a later check-out, 10 am is too early. ”

“I got lost, it was not easy to find the place. No visible signs on the main road. Poor vusibility on signs next to entrance. No hot water in the unit.”

“Sue and Deon were wonderful hosts at a wonderful and first class unique property. Definitely stay here for African wildlife viewing also ! The game reserve was great hiking as a bonus. Super breakfast and hospitality. ”

“Only stayed one night coming back from our stay in Kruger but as soon as we got there we realised we should have booked for two. There are loads of things to do in the area that we were interested in and on site there were walks we could have taken surrounded by nature. The location is beautiful and even just outside the bedroom you see deer and a warthog or two. Marlon was a great host and very knowledgeable and the room was luxurious as was the bathroom that also had a choice of inside and……

“Everything was incredible. The most beautiful, comfortable place to stay. Kimberley abs the staff went above and beyond and the breakfasts Abe evening meals were great. Couldn’t recommend it highly enough. ”

“Very relaxing stay with helpful friendly staff. Relatively convenient for Kruger although we drove through Kruger ourselves so didn’t use the lodges excursions but those who did spoke highly of them. Great to walk round the immediate area with sightings of giraffe, zebra, kudu, impala and wart hogs. ”

“The employees were very friendly and helpful. They drove me to several attractions when unable to confirm space with a group. The lodge has a water hole where various wildlife come to drink including 4 beautiful water bucks. Room was spacious and included outdoor shower. Bed was very comfortable. Continental or full breakfast served daily and dinner was also served on several nights for nominal price.”
