“I tried to reached to them a week before my travel to get some information about the transport options to the hotel nobody responded i was already heading towards the hotel when i received an email in italian with useless information. On the day of arrival at reception they told me most of the facilities are closed including the restaurant none of this was mentioned while i made the bookings. “We had a fabulous stay at Hotel Santa Tecla Palace. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Food was excellent as was the service. The pool is as amazing as it looks in the photos. It’s clean and the lifeguards are very helpful. The sea was lovely, easy access and crystal clear water. Reception staff are also very helpful. What a treat to stay here and we will definitely be back! I would say that if you want to see the surrounding areas hiring a car is helpful. ”

“The room, is superbly small. I cannot turn around when I take a bath. Even without a table for me to work. Strong smell inside the room. And under such conditions, the room is very expensive. ”

“Coralie and her staff were always so nice and helpful. The breakfast had a variety of delicious options. The property is conveniently located close to the beach and a couple really good restaurants. We 100% preferred the beach in line with the hotel compared to the private one that the shuttle brings you to because you’re dependant on the shuttle service to get back which was not reliable when we were there and much more uncomfortable rocks under our feet. ”
