“This is an AgriTourismo establishment built around a working vineyard. The accommodation is sited uphill from the main establishment (500m above sea level) and has in front of it a lap pool ranging from ankle-deep to 2m, there is a ramp enabling less able clients to access the pool easily. There is also a jacuzzi pool. Adjacent to these is an open-air bar where breakfast is served as well as drinks during the day/evening. The main section houses a covered bar/restaurant. “Staff is amazing, you feel everyone is happy to be there. Welcome drinks were amazing and check in well thought through with no standing and waiting; room is great; very eco friendly hotel , amazing views on volcano or sea; lemon trees everywhere; restaurant food and service impeccable ; the only thing we would say is breakfast needs a bit more variety like fruit, veg, potatoes, sausages, oranges, olives etc; plenty of fresh cakes which are delicious”

“I loved this place. Well located and luckily very well lit (there was a ton of fog when I arrived and their large, well-lit sign made all the difference. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The rooms are very elegant. There is a stunning view of Mt. Etna, and their chef is excellent. Can't wait to come back! ”

“My family and I loved strolling the property admiring all of the various trees and plants while enjoying the views of the sea and Mt Etna. The owner even makes his own marmalade with fruit grown on the property that was served to us for breakfast. Property is quiet and was the perfect distance for our meeting with our Mt Etna tour company. Also enjoyed going to nearby Riposte that was a short drive away. Only issue was not being able to connect to WiFi but hey, that's not why you visit Italy.”

“Zash was a beautiful facility, only thing I didn’t like was the train that went by a lot which made sleep quite hard and we found a lot of ants in the inside of the unit. ”

“Excellent small hotel with superb friendly and helpful staff, fantastic well maintained grounds and stunning view of Etna from the pool. Its clear they show pride in their hotel and this is reflected in everything about your stay. Would say a car is essential to het best of stay, although about 30 min walk to local train station which had good and regular connections to some of the local main tourist towns and airport. ”

“Really Really impressed by the accommodation. Lovely friendly staff. Breakfast basic but clean and organised. Great cappuccino! We asked for late check out as we had a late flight. Staff very accommodating and charged us v little. Fabulous place, lovely little pool.”
