“The proprieter and his wife are very interested in pleasing their guests. The accommodation was quite lovely..........but up a steep flight of circular stairs. It lacked a seating area and a chest of drawers. The home-made jams ere wonderful when matched with the fresh croissants in the morning.”

“L'établissement est retiré dans la campagne et les bois, tranquillité absolue. Les 5 chambres et un gîte sont situés dans un parc avec la maison du propriétaire. Patronne très accueillante. “Unterbringung war zwar im Nebengebäude, dafür Frühstück im Hauptgebäude. Hübsch renoviert. Hatten Küche/ Gemeinschaftsraum dazu. Weingut gehört zum Chateau, Möglichkeit der Besichtigung während der Weinlese wurde ermöglicht, auch Wein zu bestellen und liefern zu lassen - sehr professionell!”

“The Chateau du Palanquey is an amazing property. There are only a handful of rooms and it is very secluded. The owners helped us out with wonderful local restaurant recommendations and a brilliant wine experience. I cannot recommend this property more highly. It was magnificent. ”
