“Very disappointed! No contact was made from property with any check in information! I had to call and they said there had been triple booking and weren't sure what there next move was! An hour later they called back to say it had been sorted and they would send through check in details, waited another hour before getting in contact with then again to see why they hadn't sent through, still no replies until 11pm after we had already had to make other arrangements for the night! Very big let down……

“Comfortable”

“1) Check-in counter cannot find my booking and full payment through Hotels.com, it took us around 20 mins to check in by filling up lots of forms and waiting... so bad experience for check-in. 2) Hotel assigned a room which was not pre-checked and not ready for move-in to us - no slipper and not clean enough on the table. Later, hotel staff rang the doorbell and requested loudly outside for coming in to check the fridge. How come they did not check up the room before guest moves in? it's Not……

“超值，近奧克蘭機場，泊車位多，職員有禮貌！”

“從機場要搭小黃巴士才能到達，不過24小時都有班次，也都有飯店前台人員協助入住，住宿蠻安靜的，提供早餐也不錯。”

“早餐沒有咖啡機，住宿的房間乾淨程度很低，到處都是灰塵，沒有免費接駁專車到機場。價格高，服務少，不適合再來住。”

“Generally all good especially great staff and excellent room service 👍 yet the bathroom doesn’t have much shelves / table space to working with. ”

“Staff were very hospitable. Loved the useful pick up and drop off services to and from the airport. The room itself was a bit dated - sockets not working and not properly mounted to the wall. ”

“The good points are the staff are nice and talkative, and provision of free shuttle bus to airport. The bad things are the place is not clean enough and the noise from upstairs and the cars outside the motel can be clearly hear.”
