“Very nice, the food and the room also nice. Simple but have all the essential things inside. Sustainability also performed good.”

“The room was quite close to the apartment building opposite. I could see the residents' and I felt insecure about it. I wonder if they could see me if I did not draw the curtains. No one picked up the phone when I needed something from the housekeeping. I tried calling the front desk and concierge, no one picked up the phone either. I had to write an email. The duty manager called back afterwards. However the things I requested for came three hours later. ”

“It's service overall is good, location is convenient, staff helpful and have been patronizing this hotel for more than 7 years. This time, I saw that there are stains of mould (can't be removed) in the bathroom; though it does not affect functionality it probably indicates enhancement / renovation may be time.”
