“great location close to dining & lake- fabulous furniture & kitchen facilities! Stairs not too steep. warm in bedrooms (no air-con)aircon was living area only needed at least a fan in bedrooms. short on supplies - no soap in main bathroom - no spare toilet roll in ensuite- we did a dash to nearby IGA which had all you could wish for.”

“100% Value for Money. Superior service apartment with excellent bed and kitchen. Even we back to hotel at 8:30pm, we may get the door key through a keypad system. Nearby with an excellent Spanish restaurant (Meigas) and we have the most wonderful night for our trip. Really sad we only stay for one night and definitely we would come back for more nights afterwards. ”

“An overall comfortable and enjoyable stay. Room was small but well appointed and very clean. Bed and pillows great, slept well. This is a functioning hotel with live music and functions; there are noise reducing glass doors to separate the hotel rooms but you’ll still be aware of some noise. Check in was quick and easy. Very close to Ballarat railway station and restaurant strips. ”

“very good location as 5 min drive from gold museum and sovereign hill. good facilities, our kids played at the indoor playground for an hour. the room itself is small”
