“Arrived at property and was unable to get in. Called the posted number and someone answered but as soon as I said “hello?” they hung up. I immediately called again and it went straight to voicemail. After spending almost 45 minutes on the phone with hotels.com they were unable to get the property managers to answer, either. I ended up having to make a new reservation altogether. ”

“The photos of this property absolutely capture all the wonderful features. The house is beautiful and is on such a lovely spot. The primary suite is luxurious - the room is large, the bed is so comfortable, the linens are first-rate. The kitchen is very well equipped. We didn't need this much room but could see that a large group would be very comfortable here. Loved everything about our stay.”

“This property was perfect for our family! Room is exactly as the pictures show, but even larger in person (much larger than a standard hotel room.) Check in was a breeze with Michelle meeting us out front of the building (they were even able to get us checked in a few hours early!) Appears the entire hotel has been updated and overall is very family friendly. The lake was perfect and had boat rentals right on the property. The indoor and outdoor pools were nice as well. Everything is walking……

“Excellent property! Very clean, peaceful location with amazing yard and landscape. The beds are super comfortable and the main bath is big. It’s decorated so well and feels like home. Easy check in and when the coffee pot didn’t work my first day he brought a new one to the house same day. Only a 10 minute drive for us to Road America and convenient to plenty of places to eat. Would love to stay here again if I’m in the area!”
