“Arrived at property and was unable to get in. Called the posted number and someone answered but as soon as I said “hello?” they hung up. I immediately called again and it went straight to voicemail. After spending almost 45 minutes on the phone with hotels.com they were unable to get the property managers to answer, either. I ended up having to make a new reservation altogether. ”

“My sister and I were looking for a place to have a low key, stay in Christmas celebration for our kids. This was the perfect spot! The house was clean, beautiful and even had a Christmas tree. The kids had a blast and really enjoyed the land the house was on which had just been covered in snow. We were able to make cookies, watch movies, play games and everyone had a comfortable play to sleep, which checked all our boxes. The host was very easy to communicate with and we would definitely stay……

The primary suite is luxurious - the room is large, the bed is so comfortable, the linens are first-rate. The kitchen is very well equipped. We didn't need this much room but could see that a large group would be very comfortable here. Loved everything about our stay.”
