“Arrived at property and was unable to get in. Called the posted number and someone answered but as soon as I said “hello?” they hung up. I immediately called again and it went straight to voicemail. After spending almost 45 minutes on the phone with hotels.com they were unable to get the property managers to answer, either. I ended up having to make a new reservation altogether. ”

“My sister and I were looking for a place to have a low key, stay in Christmas celebration for our kids. This was the perfect spot! The house was clean, beautiful and even had a Christmas tree. The kids had a blast and really enjoyed the land the house was on which had just been covered in snow. We were able to make cookies, watch movies, play games and everyone had a comfortable play to sleep, which checked all our boxes. The host was very easy to communicate with and we would definitely stay……

“We had a such a wonderful time at the Appleton property. It is in a very quiet neighborhood. The home was very large, well decorated and made us feel at home. It was so nice to not live out of suitcase. It had all to conveniences of home, dishwasher, washer, dryer, large kitchen and two bathrooms. A very large family room, formal dining room and formal living room. The four bedrooms were very comfortable. We look forward to renting this property again when we are in the Appleton area. ”

“This property was perfect for our family! Room is exactly as the pictures show, but even larger in person (much larger than a standard hotel room.) Check in was a breeze with Michelle meeting us out front of the building (they were even able to get us checked in a few hours early!) Appears the entire hotel has been updated and overall is very family friendly. The lake was perfect and had boat rentals right on the property. The indoor and outdoor pools were nice as well. Everything is walking……
