“Great little apartment with a short walk to the EAA AirVenture grounds. The apartment was clean and comfortable, only thing was there was no AC in the bedrooms. Could be a deterrent during hotter weeks.”

“The house was really cute! And really clean! We came in the fall and really appreciated the lake view. I wish we would have been able to stay longer and take advantage of all that's here! Our host answered our questions promptly and was easy to work with. We hiked the Ice age trail and Kettle Moraine nearby. They were lovely! Fond du Lac is close, if you need more dining/shopping. One small suggestion: offer a few more little things in the kitchen. I.E. tea for the tea drinkers; cream/sugar……

“We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment in Appleton. The space was perfect for a couple. It had everything we needed and was nicely set up and decorated. “Great 2 br rental! Great price! Every room is good size, I wasnt cramped in any space. And the large deck was a nice touch. The apt was remodeled nicely with central ac/heat which is rare in Manitowoc and Two Rivers. Theres also a parking lot which means yoyre not sharing a driveway when Manti doesnt let you park on the streers in the winter.”

“Our group of 3, plus 1 dog, have only positive things to say about our stay here. Being on the walking path which winds through the park and the beautiful woods was perfect for us. “The property was very nice! The only problem we had was when we arrived the unit was not completely cleaned and the beds were not made. There was 3 laundry baskets of clean linens there, the fridge had spoiled milk, dirty rags in the fridge and the bathroom was not cleaned. We called the number of the lady who was responsible for cleaning it and she said she didn’t know we were coming and had many excuses. “Great location overlooking marina and close to downtown. Garage access was nice. Only issue was the noise from upstairs. Can’t complain about people walking around, but the ceiling walls were so thin it was really, really noisy. Unfortunately it woke all of us up the first morning at 5am.
