“This hotel was a blast to stay at. Not situated close to the city, it still offered a lot for the location. Situated in the middle of the transit run, it will either bring you back to town or all the way to the gondola terminal, where you can either go on the volcano or take a ferri on the lake. I would strongly suggest to get the city pass for the transit to enjoy all the attraction for 1 price.”

“酒店前台完全沒有我幫手check in，員工也不懂英語，入住前的電郵也沒有說明check in 用的資料，只是check in 就用了很多時間。我們今次訂了兩間房間，當中的房間非常殘舊，好多塵，被窩感覺上完全沒有更換。其中一間房間入邊的布藝梳化，全是污垢，我們這兩天完全沒有坐過！”

“The receptionist is terrible, not friendly, like they don't welcome foreigners. I feel very bad. As for the accommodations. The hot water in the bathroom cannot be turned on for a long time. The water will be hot for a while and then cool. Must be turned on and off periodically.”
