“What a nice property! What thoughtful hosts! Everything we needed was there with a note to help find it. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was stocked for all the cooking. Definitely recommending to friends.”

“Property was perfect for what we were looking for. Floor plan nice, spacious, and open so that everyone can socialize together. Beds comfortable. Plenty of room outside for activity. Pool area is wonderful, if you're lucky enough to have the weather cooperate so that you can enjoy it, unfortunately mother nature did not cooperate during our stay. Highly recommend if your looking for nice, quite, relaxing stay.”

“This lake house was clean, easy to find, and the location was great! Proximity to Bowling Green and Mammoth Caves NP made daytime adventures easy and accessible. Even though it was winter, the lakefront location was relaxing and quiet. Definitely worth the trip.”

“This is a very nicely restored and updated "Kentucky cabin", located in a nice location near a large lake and Mammoth Cave NP. We especially enjoyed the great room and fireplace, which was an excellent setting for our family to gather and enjoy each other's company. The host was excellent, responsive, and great to work with.”

“The cabin was very spacious. ”

“We had a lovely, relaxing stay at Dave B.'s. The house is at the dead end of a gravel road so no one passes by. The house is well-stocked with all kinds of supplies. We availed ourselves of the fireplace and the Smart tv. Dave reminded us that there are no stores within a 20 minute drive so we were well-prepared with groceries. All of the light switches are labeled. Very helpful. We hope to come back next year, as do our dogs. They loved romping freely in the large yard and their leashed strolls……

“This vacation spot was ideal for our entire family. Eleven of us, ages ranging from 7 to 95, enjoyed everything the property had to offer. We spent a few days enjoying the nearby attractions (Lost River Cave, The National Corvette Museum, golf, etc.) and spent a lot of time on the property swimming and playing games. It was a wonderful way to celebrate a birthday with the entire family. The cabin was very well stocked with everything imaginable and the communication with the host was……

“The She Shed was great. Cozy little spot. Stayed for three nights and slept great. The hosts we're awesome: helpful and hospitable. The cabin was stocked well enough that we could cook a little breakfast in the morning and head off to Mammoth Cave for some hiking during the day. Really happy I found this spot. Glamping is where it's at.”
