“The property was well maintained. It wasnt far to walk to get downtown and the waterfront. We were very lucky to be able to park in the driveway, but there were spaces to park on the street as well. The neighborhood was very quiet. The house was very clean. We enjoyed it very much.”

“The lobby and hallways look great but the room I got was pretty run down. The mattress sagged so badly that I couldn't sleep on the side closest to the night table. The bathroom was worse- there was black mold on the ceiling and the tub glaze, caulk and grout were discolored and in poor condition.
