“Relaxing getaway, tranquil setting and comfortable cabin. Enjoyed observing eagles, turkey, deer and incredible amount of birds. We enjoyed hours on the large deck staring at the rushing river. The cabin is adorably decorated, with luxurious linens and thock bath towels. A well stocked kitchen where we cooked all our meals. Cannot wait to return!”

“The property was almost exactly as described. The cabin has character and makes you feel at home with the decorations. We had our young grandkids (2 and 4) staying with us. There was plenty of room for them to play, and they loved the bunk beds! When they say the drive is rough, believe it. If you have a car with little ground clearance (Chevy Malibu), you really have to weave around to keep from scraping. Our kids had a mini van and an SUV and they had no problems. The hosts were very attentive……

“The property was very big and spacious. We had a large group, yet everyone had more than enough room.Looking forward to renting this place again. ”

“Our stay was great even though it rained 3 days we were there the house is very cozy and if you open up all the blinds it’s like you’re still sitting outside! If you have a dog this is a perfect place to set them up with a long lead and let them hang outside with you or walk the property with them which our dog never got old of! Definitely will be staying here again in the fall. ”

“Overall, it seemed like the property manager was not ready for guests. The toilet instantly broke, the pool hadn’t been cleaned in probably weeks, and the apartment had stained sheets. It’s a nice place but really not worth the money.”

“We had a super nice group of 8 college sophomores, our daughter and her friends. The yard had a great space for the lawn games we brought. The patio under the deck was great for hanging out and fire pit/grill. The lake was very accessible for swimming and kayaks. Indoors was spacious and had plenty of room for everyone to do what they wanted in small groups or all together. Very clean and felt freshly renovated. It has been well thought-out. “All were excited to stay up in the mountains and be together for a few days. The hot tub was the biggest hit as for two days it rained quite a bit this was something they could still do along with the ping pong table and foose ball. All in all it was a more relaxed stay which made it nice for my hubbie. Thanks to Michelle for her explanation of the amenities that weren’t there and why also. It’s a nice retreat place to stay also! ”
