“Very lovely and private, easy check in and good communication from building manager. Lake shore access for biking or walking or renting kayak or paddleboard. Pull out couch. Only con was walls thin so we heard other people fairly late at night. Would stay again. ”

“The place was fabulous! We felt right at home. Kate's cookies and brownies greeted us. After a 7 5 hour drive through construction alley, we were able to chill in her most serene backyard. We enjoyed all of the comforts of home. Kate was quick to answer when we lost our code to get in.We had a graduation at UW on Saturday, We returned to a quiet evening in the backyard with the dogs. “Very nice, clean, and spacious home on the countryside. We enjoyed the firepit outside and the house is close to a local (small) airport landing strip. Very fun to watch the small Cessna-like planes land and take off. We were able to sleep 9 in 3 bedrooms and a pull out futon as there was room in the bedrooms to have an extra (air) mattress. The only concern was that the dining room table picture on the website shows an 8 top but it is actually a new table with a 6 top, but we managed as they……

“The house was clean, spacious, and filled with light, with lots of windows looking out on acres of woods and hay and corn fields. Located on a dead end road, there was no traffic noise and no lights visible at night. We enjoyed hiking on the Ice Age Trail nearby, biking on the Badger State Trail, swimming at the Verona High School Aquatic Center. and picking strawberries, as well as going into Madison for some great Thai food. “A great place to stay for access to the driftless area of Wisconsin. Stayed here and fished a lot of the local streams for trout. The place was very clean, and felt like home. Recommend trying the Hi Point steakhouse if you’re in the area. Great food and cocktails. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets also a big plus.”
