“Spotless and relaxed,a very nice place to stay for a few days. A little strange with another Book a batch at the rear of the property. all bed rooms are upstairs - which was not advertised”

“We enjoyed our stay in the property. It was well equipped, had very comfortable beds, and was in a good location. Bachcare, the agent, were responsive, when required. The only negatives were the intermittent hot water in the shower (everywhere else the hot water was fine) and the very neglected garden area.”

“Very comfortable & well equipped, would’ve stayed longer if we’d known. But it was difficult to find! Google maps just took us to Glentunnel, where we got uncertain directions from the shop.”

“We only stayed for a night and the cottage was good for us. There are lovely grounds and it is very peaceful and private. Everything was provided that we required for a short stay. Being able to bring our dog was a bonus. ”

“Property was not as described in the desription. The house was relatively clean with clean sheets in the beds. We stayed for 5 nights as a family of 8 and it was roomy enough for the whole family. Th reqson for the poor score is a few. Dishes and kitchen utilities were not clean on arrival. The rubbish bins were also full and had not been collected until the day of departure. Also hot water was never enough for the family to have showers, hence could not use the dishwasher or washing machine……

“Simple, functional space in a quiet reserved farming area. The cottage had everything we needed, and it was just a short drive to Rangiora. David brought us fresh-baked bread, which was fantastic. We ran into some unexpected health issues and David was extraordinarily kind and helpful.”
