“First of all the staff has a very lousy attitude, not welcoming at all maybe a lot of bias or prejudice. Staff was more helpful to others, and spent time casually talking with other staff while customers waited in line. Very disorganized. “The night clerk was very nice and helpful. The bed in room 219 leaves much to be desired. It slooped downward and toward the middle. The sink had a large crack in it. You should also provide rubber bath mats for handicapped guests. The clerk did provide us with additional towels to use as mats. ”
