“It is your standard Hampton Inn, but it was great to have someone available at reception after 11pm. The room was clean and tidy, and we had a good breakfast the next morning. I like that the hotel is just off the i90 freeway, and in range of a lot of eating places and stores. It has a pool. We couldn't make use of it because their hours are from 9am to 9pm, and we needed to be in Boston at 11pm. But it was a good place to stop over and refresh. ”

“The room was big and spacious, the bed was so comfortable amazing breakfast spread in the morning overall had a wonderful experience wish I could of stayed longer to experience all the amenities that the hotel offered”

“Loved our stay!!!! Staff was amazing!!!! Room was spacious. We used the microwave exhaust fan for white noise. Slept like babies. Loved Cal’s Wood-Fired Grill & Bar. Looking forward to our next stay in West Springfield.”

“Very historical hotel, a bit spooky on hallway and many strange/noisy sounds in the room. The floor was bumpy. I forgot a power charger in the hotel, but the hotel refused to help me got it back in the same day and just said it’s not found. No matter how I will never come back again. ”
