“Jessa was an incredible host who thought of everything, even going so far as to include stickers in a gift basket for us upon learning last minute that a four year old would be in our party (among many other small touches around the house that made for a wonderful experience). The property was clean, the beds were LUXURIOUSLY comfortable, and the neighborhood is lovely for strolls and forest retreat vibes. Would totally stay here again! ”

“The listing described the property as a charming lake cottage, but it feels more like a guest room as it is attached to the garage and right next to the entrance to the main house. It's a cute space, but not quite what we expected from the description. While the owner was very friendly, this setup felt more like we were intruding on a private space than staying in a standalone cottage. Clarifying this in the listing would help future guests know what to expect.”

“Our host, Vince, was very communicative during the check-in process, to make sure I completed all of the registration and payment requirements. When I received the Check-In/Access information, the morning of occupancy, after I had left home, was the first notice that if I wanted to enjoy "watching your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV", as mentioned in the property description, I would need to bring a ROKU or Firestick from home. “First impression was less than perfect. The code box to press the entry numbers is poorly lit. Took me several tries to input. Stairs to unit are a bit rickety and the grab rail to the left going up is in need of repair. It nearly broke when I leaned on it to help me go up and is even worse trying to go down. “The Property is neat, clean and well appointed. Unfortunately, the evening we arrived the heat had been off for several hours and the Unit was far too cold to stay. It appears there had been a power outage at some point and the heating unit did not restart. It took several tries over half an hour to get the heating unit up and running - we did have TM support from the property manager during that time. Great Stay next to Seattle Premium Outlets

"The hotel is new. We could do the prior check in online that made the check in time shortened. It offers free parking and complimentary breakfast that fits for our family of 5. The making up service is perfect as we see the cleaning staff made very detail cleaning. The hotel staff were also very friendly to our kids. We love the location near Seattle Premium Outlets. We will visit again if we go to Seattle next time."
