“Nice property perfect for what we needed”

“The hotel is set in a lovely country setting right off the highway. It waa cozy, cleab and comfortable. One of the quietest hotels we have stayed in, with the minor exception of the air conditioning unit, which was a little loud, but not obnoxiously so. The breakfast was delicious, with good options available. The staff were all friendly. Would definitely stay here again.”

“Room overlooking the pool was very nice. For 5 stars on the property condition, they would have to repair some ceiling areas over the pool, but this is a minor point overall. We checked in late, but the waiter in the bar offered to take our food order and deliver it to us in the pool area so we could enjoy the pool before it closed. Super nice guy, and I wish I would have gotten his name so I could acknowledge him here. Wristband room key was a first for me, but a great idea.”

“This hotel checks all the boxes for our must-haves: 1) clean and quiet room with comfortable mattresses, 2) convenient location and parking, 3) great breakfast, and 4) helpful staff. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and quiet. We walked to the pedestrian mall and university campus in less than 10 minutes. The parking is connected to the hotel with access to the elevators and is $15 per day which is a great rate for urban parking. The breakfast was tasty and offered a nice variety that……

“Very nice, clean contemporary design. Rooms well equipped and the outdoor terrace was a peaceful place to relax. Complimentary breakfast was substantial and the service was friendly. Great location, close to Iowa’s campus for our tour there.”

“Beautiful new hotel!! Rooms had plenty space for a family of 4. Bathrooms were clean, comfortable, and had great lighting! Beds were super comfy! Definitely will stay here again!!”
