“The farmhouse was a great place to stay on a quiet country road. Nice to be out in the country but not too far from Hudson, Rhinebeck, Kingston, etc. Was very clean and had everything we needed. An added bonus is getting to see and meet some of the farm animals. Would definitely recommend.”

“We had a bit of trouble with internet in the area so make sure you screenshot your instructions beforehand. The stay itself was lovely and the home was immaculate but cozy. We came on a super snowy/icy day and we messaged John about the icy roads outside and within 10 minutes, we got a phone call back and someone came to shovel and salt! “Wrote to them asking for early check in around 1pm for 3pm check in, no reply. Not a problem, early check in isn’t a guarantee. Get to the property 10 mins before check in and no one is there, wait around for 30 mins, no one there, no one answering in the app, no one picking up the phone.
