“Read reviews about checking in & was worried. I had no problem. Called the phone # - lady answered right away. Walked me through the payment & key card process & I was done & in my room in 5 minutes. She gave us a different room & it was clean & looked like all new bathroom and curtains. We'll definitely stay here again”

“Wrote to them asking for early check in around 1pm for 3pm check in, no reply. Not a problem, early check in isn’t a guarantee. Get to the property 10 mins before check in and no one is there, wait around for 30 mins, no one there, no one answering in the app, no one picking up the phone. By 340 called Vrbo who canceled my reservation around 4pm the property called asked if I left, I said I did and booked somewhere else, no apology, no reasoning, just “ok” and hung up. Thankfully there was……

“We had a quick overnight in the area & this motel was a good value. Close to the highway & walking distance to restaurants, coffee & town. Check in was easy, staff is very kind & friendly. Our room was very basic but spacious & clean. We slept well. We would definitely stay here again. ”

We stayed in a beautiful room (203), which included a spacious sitting area and a well-appointed bath. The breakfast were nicely prepared and presented. “We loved the comfortable beds and ensuite bathrooms. The kitchen was well-equipped and common room was comfortable too. We didn't use any of the other amenities, but there were quite a few options that looked appealing. Convenient to Lenox which was our primary destination for dining and shopping.”
