“Great host and place for our crew to rest their heads while out of town”

“It was a short, one night stay, but we wished we could stay longer! The place is exactly as described, comfy beds, and super cozy vibes. Upon our arrival there were deer everywhere - and there is a bucket of corn to feed them. I actually live in Wimberley, but had family from out of town so we decided to do a little staycation. I want to come back on a random weekend just to relax in a home away from home. 10/10!!! ”

“My family and I really enjoyed this house! The views were amazing as it is surrounded by beautiful trees (juniper, I believe, which repel mosquitoes!). It had lots of towels, and I really appreciate that. All around, it was an amazing stay. It was clean, well stocked with kitchen supplies, and an easy check-in. Thank you!”

“Pet-friendly is a plus for us. Host was very kind and attentive. Notified us of our trailer tire being low. Was allowed us to use his water hose to flush our jet ski and give it a quick clean.”

“Luckily we are an average sized family. I wouldn't recommend this little house for a big person. Big people will have no room in the shower. But for us it was just fine. We absolutely loved the speakeasy. We didn't watch a movie, but loved the bartender and karaoke.”

“Located on ranch next to homeowner. The house as described and handicap accessible which is plus for us old timers. Deer and farm animals to enjoy. Everything you need to cook but recommend if you cook bring your own spices needed. Recommend Hayes City restaurant and Whiskey Ridge restaurant. Make reservations for Whiskey Ridge for sure. Our little dog was able to run free thanks to fenced in yard. There are cockle burrows if you get in grass. Just peaceful and very enjoyable. Highly……
