“Great guest house! Very comfortable and attractive with everything we needed. ”

“Overall stay was good and the host was fairly responsive to my concerns and questions. However the "sofa bed" is not a true bed as there is no mattress whatsoever and the back rest simply lays flat. We had 1 pillow for the master bed and no where to hang out clothes( no hangers or closet). Wish we could have enjoyed the outside of the house more but there was only 1 chair available for a house that will accommodate 5. Could use a few more kitchen utensils and pots and pans for the people who……

“A wonderful place for all in the family to enjoy - from 6 weeks old to 74 - 3 brothers and their families. We had space to all get together, gathering on the Nut House porch for our outdoor style dining and in the big room for Christmas morning.The pecan orchard gave us running/walking/and exploring space and the youngest loved visiting the chickens and horses in the adjacent property. Basketball and slack line provided challenges for the teens and those of us who were young in spirit.A……

“Family members stayed here for a wedding weekend celebration. There is a spiral staircase to get to the two bedrooms in the loft area. The “younger” members of our group were given that area to enjoy and to maneuver their suitcases up. Overall a lovely property and enjoyed the stay ”

“The property was very well kept, relaxing and great layout with open concept. Fabulous kitchen. The only complaint would be it got really hot at night when everyone went to bed because the temperature was to set to go up automatically. This would have been unbearable later in the summer. Overall, we loved the place.”

“I think the only thing I would have changed was turning the AC on a few hours before the guest gets there. Every thing else was fun and nice.”

“The house was exactly as pictured and excellent for the stay. The outdoor space was lovely for our wedding and everyone thought it was a great location/venue. Prior to the weekend communication was excellent but when it came time to actually being there, communication went downhill. A wedding can be high stress so having that happen was frustrating; however, the owner did get someone to come mow the outdoor event space on the day of the event and it gave us just enough time to finish decorating.……

“We had a great stay at this property. The house was very spacious and we easily slept 14 people. Amenities at the house were great for a weekend get away. We had everything we needed to cook meals at the house instead of venturing out. The property manager was fantastic to work with and gracious with us for a minor request on checkout day. We highly recommend the property!”

“For everything good about this hotel and this room in particular there was also something very odd. First off, the view was absolutely spectacular. From the rooms and from the balcony. But the state of the room itself was less than desirable. There were tortilla chip crumbs in the floor, there was still laundry in the dryer when we checked in. “We liked the space of the 2 bedroom for the price. The neighborhood was fun and lively, the pool and gym were nice. The unit itself was clean, but tired. Terrible water pressure, worn carpets, dodgy curtains, generally very bare bones. Also, only chromecast TV, which was a bummer, as we like to watch local news, etc.”
