“From confirmation to check out - it was Fantastic. I messaged the host a couple of times before and while I was there, she responded quickly each time. The house was very clean and the stay was very enjoyable. I loved being about to cook our own meals instead of going out to eat each night. I would highly recommend the Selfie House for your next stay in Mountain Home, Idaho. The game room downstairs was used by us everyday. The fire pit and hot tub were also great. They even provided……

“The cottage itself was not to bad but is obviously older and on arriving there was a strong musty odor. After opening the widows it somewhat subsided but was always present. The cottage has no air conditioning save a portable unit that did not work. Idaho summers can get quite hot even though it does cool in the evenings. However with no way to move the air, not even a fan it took some time to cool down. The internet was not working when we arrived and we were told it was out all over town.……

“The house was just as it was described. The location was really magical with the Green Valley below, and the dark night sky lit up with stars. The area was alive with wildlife. We saw several turkey, elk, mule deer, whistle pigs, and so many birds. The communication with the managers was easy and it was a perfect homebase while we went out and explored towns around Boise and enjoyed one day of fly fishing on the Owyhee River. The house was clean and the kitchen was stocked with all the cooking……

“We had a great time at this wonderful condo. We had our 7 month old Cavapoo with us, and finding good, clean homes that allow responsible dog owners is not easy. This was perfect as it had easy beach access, showers, amazing view, and great location.”
