“Needed a few nights to crash while waiting on car repairs, this spot fit our budget and is definitely a no-frills location. meaning the fixtures were a little worn out- but the sheets were clean and the water was hot. It suited our needs just fine. special thanks to the gentleman at the front desk that helped us jump our rental car when the battery died. He wasnt able to jump us with his battery pack, but he kindly put us in touch with another guest (thanks Louis!) who helped us with his own……

“Laureen was very hospitable. She accomodated us every step of the way. There were clean sheets, comforters, pillows and sets of towels arranged in the room. The bathroom was also clean and there was hot water. Laureen checked in on us to see how we slept and if our needs were met. She made a delicious hot breakfast consisting of blueberry pancakes and eggs how we like them served with tea, coffee or water. Lastly, the landlord/hostess, Laureen, always had positive vibes and friendly at all……

“This accommodation is very cosy and very close to Windham Mountain. The room we had has a kitchenette and the only complaint is the bathroom door would be better as a door not sliding door. We went to see the fall foliage but please note Windham Mojntain does NOT do the skyrides anymore. If you stay here for that, you’ll have to drive to Hunter mountain. ”
