“We loved the rustic surroundings, windows and waterfall view. The room was decorated beautifully. The rug had stains and there were ants in the bath area. We had a great time.”

As we were there to attend a wedding, I wanted my own bathroom and a place to hang our "dressup" clothes. They were able to change our room and accomodate us.”

“Everything was awesome!!! The grounds are incredible and so many places to walk around. Every single person of the staff was incredible. They were so nice, helpful, etc. and the restaurant on property is amazing. There wasn’t one item that wasn’t delicious. I would say the only issue is when it rains/snows. As it get muddy everyone. They have one road paved but would be cool if the other was paved and a paved walkway up to each cabin. But that’s such a minor thing compared to how……

“Great vibe, but the Inn is quite old and noise travels. Luckily we were the only ones staying there. Other visitors had booked cabins. But when they come for morning coffee, they can be heard quite clearly. The manager is friendly and responsive. The bartender is top notch. The morning coffee is quite good as are the cookies! Overall, nice relaxing stay. ”

“I have read a lot of reviews on this property and I always try to steer clear of the bad reviews to let myself in on the experience so I can find out When you speak on “updating” and such, you must keep in mind the Nostalgia of this sport and what this mountain has down to maintain the East Coast Lodge vibe.
