“The manager at Makan Hill could not be more helpful! he is very friendly and super helpul with assisting you with any issues outside the hotel. All staff are very friendly. The hotel its self is spacious, clean and comfy. The dining options were limited as there wasnt much available from the menu (i dont know whether this is due to the time of the year or not - January) But we did struggle to have different meals. “The team was Amazing. The manager Denis was so helpful, Kind and did everything over and above to make up for the mistakes made by Expedia in advance. We arrived in Entebbe around 11pm. Myself, my wife and my 1 year old son passed 3 hours circulating into the city trying to find the Hotel. In the booking confirmation message I received from Expedia stated “Plot 4 Kamuli Road, Entebbe, Ouganda” as the location/address of the hotel. After spending hours and $46 USD.
