“Wonderful place ”

“Phil was a great host. I don’t think he ever sleeps because even late at night he answers my questions. The pool table is a plus. We shared memories with my family in that cozy house. ”

“This cabin is everything the pictures show and more. We came up for a mountain getaway for our anniversary and this place completely surpassed our expectations. The weather could have been more cooperative, but turns out this place was also perfect for a cozy night in by the fireplace. Would definitely recommend, we definitely look forward to coming back!”

“My husband and I stayed for my birthday with our family and to say we were disappointed when we got there would be an understatement. The area and the house itself was beautiful. The inside… not so much. After we booked and only a couple days before we were going to leave, we got a message saying the jacuzzi was out of order, and that was the main reason we booked the house. We arrived late at night and when we did the first thing my husband noticed is that the garage door was open enough for……

“Stay was great minus the fact there was no toilet paper and had to wait for someone to bring it. ”

“We were celebrating my 60th birthday with our adult children and grandchildren. It was a lovely property. Some of the nice features were the large windows/ skylight with lots of natural sunlight, the scenic woodsy view, the wraparound deck, the fire pit and the large bathtub with jets. Some minor maintenance/ upkeep was needed, such as replacing blinds with missing slats, cleaning the top of the refrigerator andreplacing the c drain cover in the shower”

“Our large group had a great time at Green Gables. Communications with our hosts were prompt and efficient. The home is beautiful and was more than enough room for our 20 group. We were able to prepare meals everyday in the kitchen, there was more than enough room especially with 4 people cooking. The table was way bigger than the picture made it seem. We were able to fit a large amount of us during meals and playing games. Our group was skeptical about the bathroom situation, but the 5 bathrooms……
